“It’s been one week since we got married and we have come all the way from India for our honeymoon.
My husband and I chose Mauritius as I personally prefer the greenery, the blue sea, the white sandy beaches and the unique nature spots that you can see in this beautiful island. It’s also very relaxing when I get to feel the breath of fresh air that you guys are privileged get in Mauritius. You may find it hard to believe if I tell you that as a girl, I find shopping boring and I’m more of a nature lover. That’s actually the main reason why we are planning to spend very little time in malls and devote most of it here, doing water sports or visiting places like Trou-aux-Cerfs, Gris Gris, Grand Bassin and so on.
It’s also very relaxing when I get to feel the breath of fresh air that you guys are privileged get in Mauritius.
Growing up in Mumbai, we have seen the city getting polluted gradually, and its beaches getting worse and worse daily due to the carelessness of its own people. You guys are lucky to have such beautiful and unique beaches. However, it made us sad just now when we saw some people littering. Perhaps they don’t realise what they have.
Please folks, respect the nature as we sincerely wouldn’t want to find – when we visit this paradise island again in the future – that all those beautiful god-gifted beaches were something of the past that got ruined by mankind!”
